Hey.  It’s been a while.  We are developing a new website with the help of our friend Matt McCoy, so hopefully we can move to a site proper sometime soon.  In the mean time, I thought I should update anyone who is out there reading.

Most importantly we made a new pie.  It’s a curry butternut squash pie.  It was pretty good.  I think next time we’ll add more spicy spices.  We just used a garam masala mix I had, but it had a strong fennel flavor that kept us from making it real spicy.  I think some more pepper is in order.  Anyway, we suggest you give it a try yourselves because it makes an awesome cold weather meal pie and it’s crazy easy.  We just made a pie dough with some cilantro in it, and then did the stand by eggs, milk and roasted butternut squash.  Of course you could also order one from us, we’d be glad to make it any way you like.

Behold!  Don’t it just look like a pumpkin pie?  Trust it is savory.  Also: we’re getting better at taking pictures.

Now regarding some business:

We’re looking for any coffee shops or cafes that would be interested in selling our pies.  We’ve got some business cards and are working on some more logos and such.  Any interested parties shoot us an email.

Additionally, we will be selling pies for the holidays.  We ask that all orders come in as soon as possible so we can make sure everything is in order.  I’m going to try and get some Carnegie Library staff placing some orders too, so it should be a good old fashioned pie time.

That’s it for now.  Be on the lookout for more updates and upgrades.

See you,
